Volunteering Together: The Blue Ribbon Project

Join us to pack backpacks in support of The Blue Ribbon Project.

As one of our 2026 grant recipients, The Blue Ribbon Project supports children and youth in foster care and works to create brighter futures for them.

We will learn more about their mission and the young people they serve, then roll up our sleeves to pack backpacks for children entering foster care in our community. It is a meaningful opportunity to connect, learn, and give back together.

Who: AAWGT members and guests

This event is hosted by the Next Gen Committee, and it is open to the public. Please bring your family and friends, including children.

You must register to attend.

To register, enter your email address and select Next. Then, fill out the required fields and select Next again. Finally, review your registration information and select Confirm. You will see a confirmation message on the screen and receive a confirmation email within seconds.

Space is limited to 20 volunteers, so be sure to register early. Each person who volunteers must sign a waiver.
