Living on the Ledge, Part II: 
Debunking the Myths of Poverty

Please join us as four community leaders discuss the meaning of poverty in Anne Arundel County, and help us examine how philanthropy can be a part of possible solutions.

Edith Harrison, Deputy Director, Department of Social Services, Anne Arundel County​

The panelists will respond to some of the Myths of Poverty by providing the truth about who the poor are, where they live, and what resources are available to help them and how they struggle to live each day tosupport themselves and their families. Come join the discussion and bring your friends and colleagues.

Directions and Parking:

St. Philips Episcopal Church is located at the corner of Bestgate Road and Severn Grove Road, just west of Annapolis Area Christian School. There is a paved lot behind the church. The church will be hosting two other meetings that evening. If the lot is full we have permission to park on the grass next to the lot.
